As the new year begins, my diary shows a list of exhibitions and outreach opportunities for months ahead; something I only dreamed of and as they became vital I am filled with dismay.
So, January I will spend in the print room and studio preparing for pop up sessions; one in particular for half term at the Reading Museum for children and adults. This is ‘good’ opportunity to show my printing practices, that don’t always fall into particular style or genre, to others and share in a comfortable environment.
I will be printing dogs to celebrate the Chinese New Year, Medieval tiles to embrace the overall theme of the Museum’s event and some prayer flags to embroider. (as seen in my last exhibition) … wants not to enjoy?
